Skydivers
in South Africa are a relatively small community
consisting of just less than a thousand individuals.
These people are from all walks of life and seemingly
has very little in common. These Skydivers range
from students to computer programmers to attorneys,
auditors, photographers and everything in-between.
Yet on weekends they all share a passion, and
a common goal to excel in their sport of jumping
out of aircraft… Their sport of skydiving!
Over
the decades the pioneers of Skydiving has devised
ways to bring the awesomeness of the sport to
the average individual while making the sport
of skydiving as safe as it can possibly be.
There
are three ways for the beginner to experience
the thrill of sport parachuting and two ways
for the novice to experience the incredible rush
of Freefall.
The simplest way to experience Skydiving
to it’s full potential without the worry
of training is by signing up to do a Tandem Jump.
If
however you are one of those people who would
like to do it all by yourself, there are two
ways to becoming a qualified Skydiver: Accelerated
Freefall (AFF) or Static Line Progression.
